The striving forward, uniqueness, modernity and hidalgo's nobility is a combination which defined the character and essence of PANAKEIA - the 45.5 meter flagship custom model 'Astondoa 150 steel' built by the largest manufacturer of mega yachts from Spain with a century-old history — 'Astondoa Yachts'. The team of the best representatives of the shipyard of it's third generation was responsible for its creation, which had a difficult task — to find the perfect balance between shape and size, raise the bar for comfort and convenience on board much higher than competitors in this class — eventually making her divine.

EXTERIOR

The striking and extraordinary naval architecture, which masterfully combines the lines of a classic hull with a state-of-the-art snow-white superstructure imitating waves, the 3-deck PANAKEIA is indebted to her's own architectural bureau Astondoa under the leadership of Jesus Astondoa himself and the new yacht's owner who reinterpreted her philosophy by making a grand refit in 2025.

Designers turned to functionality, geometry, contrasts and light to create a memorable and elegant exterior. The spacious and airy deck layout with extraordinary design solutions will amaze you with the number and impeccable execution of places to relax with family and friends. As for concise color scheme which conceived and embodied by PANAKEIA new owner will set you up for complete peace and calmness.

INTERIOR

Open spaces, handwork, contrasts and luxurious workmanship were fundamental to the interior of the renovated PANAKEIA, conceived by the world-famous design studio from Italy, Cristiano Gatto . Rethinking the maestro's concept, the owner gave the yacht a modern, clean and serene atmosphere thanks to the combination of precious woods with solo wenge, Porte marble, soft leather in calm shades and fabrics which added vividness to interior.

The main deck lounge, located aft, is truly designed to receive guests and immerse in an atmosphere of cozy relaxation and style, with perfectly planned furniture groups bathed in daylight, a formal dining area for 10 people, a cocktail bar and many original works of modern art.

Next to the main salon there is a lobby with a beautiful spiral staircase connecting all the decks. But you'll be even more impressed by the elevator on a yacht of this size, which will easily deliver you to the upper deck or sundeck with a magnificent panoramic view from the Jacuzzi.

On the upper deck there is a spacious and inviting lounge with a bar, transparent wine cabinet, spectacular billiard table and — if that's not enough for you — a highlight from designer Cristiano Ghetto — the dining room with a marble round table for 10 people. This dining area can optionally be closed with round sliding glass doors to organize an el-fresco or integrated into the salon and hidden from prying eyes, without loss of external visibility.

GUEST CAPACITY

PANAKEIA's layout accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 luxurious and modern cabins.

The perfectly designed master suite, decorated with original paintings by contemporary artists, is located in the bow of the main deck and occupies its entire width. There is a private study, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a dressing room and a huge marble bathroom for him and her with a large whirlpool tub on the port side and a marble shower cabin.

The lower deck is fully dedicated to guests, with 4 carefully designed and luxuriously furnished for maximum peace and comfort guest staterooms with the latest entertainment equipment in all rooms. Each cabin is connected to an IP system which enables not only the control of HVAC functions and lighting but also the intercom, telephone, and Starlink internet connection.

An international, hand-picked crew of 6 and the Captain over 40 years at sea with perfect knowledge of the local waters are a match for the ship and you will be 100% satisfied with the service. The crew's area is completely separated from the guest area so that nothing can distract guests from their perfect time.

Two world-class chefs offer impeccable European and Asian cuisine that you'll want to try again. For example, a senior chef from France, Frédéric, trained by the notorious maestro Alain Bile, will satisfy your cravings for haute Mediterranean cuisine, and a chef from Thailand will give you a variety of contrasting flavors of South-East Asia. You can enjoy your's star-level meals either indoors at PANAKEIA's formal dining table of the main deck, at the round dining table of the upper deck, or al fresco on her sundeck.

ONBOARD COMFORT & ENTERTAINMENT

To all of the above, add a very large, semi-covered Sun Deck surrounded by a comfortable cushioned area.

A 6 person jacuzzi tub on Sun Deck is just perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while while enjoying the breathtaking tropical scenery. A wet bar further enhances this popular location for both chilling out and partying, depending on your mood.

Air conditioning keeps conditions comfortable throughout the cabins and Decks, even on the hottest of days or nights.

Thanks to the on-board equipment of the global Starlink system, all guests, without exception, will enjoy high-quality streaming video and reliable Internet anywhere in the world, staying in touch with friends or their favorite work. PERFORMANCE & RANGE

PANAKEIA is truly powerful and comfortable. Her displacement metal hull and the state-of-the-art roll stabilization systems makes any, even very long distance crossings pleasant and comfortable for the most sea-sensitive guests. She has a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 12 knots. The yacht is equipped with twin 1,500 hp MTU engines that give her a top speed of 16 knots, which is very fast for her size. With a thoughtful draft of 2.2 meters, the PANAKEIA is a welcome guest on just about any marina or a National Nature Reserve.

WATER ACTIVITIES

When you want to take a dip in the warm tropical waters, head down to the Lower Deck, where you'll find a spacious beach club with comfortable wicker chairs, a folding terrace and a huge arsenal of all kinds of "water toys", including 3 E-foils, 4 scooters, a Freefall climbing wall and much more. The owner, an experienced yachtsman, is a perfectionist in this side of the charter, as he wanted to make PANAKEIA an ideal yacht for a fun fueled holidays and exploration of the magical waters of South-East Asia and the coast of the Indian Ocean in winter and the French Riviera in summer.

PANAKEIA LOCATIONS

PANAKEIA is available upon request for charter this winter in Thailand, Burma, Malaysia or UAE and Oman. She is already accepting bookings this summer for cruising in the Mediterranean.
