     The 52-meter ocean-going yacht with classic lines, with a noble pedigree from the well-known Dutch shipyard 'Amels', with a displacement steel hull with aluminum superstructure, was launched in 2003 as a private yacht and in 2018 she underwent a grand refit (finally completed in 2022).

It is known DEJA TOO motor yacht, built as AMEVI for billionaire, founder and owner of the world's largest metallurgical group Lakshmi Mittal, was purchased by another Forbes list member with a high-profile Italian name. It turned out to be Dario Ferrari (pictured), the founder and president of Intercos Group, perennially the top-ranked supplier of color cosmetics to the global beauty industry; a man who has built a reputation as one of the most visionary entrepreneurs in the industry through his passion, intuition and betting big on innovation. These traits are reflected in the DEJA TOO yacht. The yacht changed ownership in 2021, so you can now enjoy a billionaire's yacht in the magical waters of Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.  

INTERIOR

Designed by world-renowned and award-winning British designer and architect *Terrence Disdale*, the updated, elegant, contemporary interior will appeal to guests with the highest aesthetic expectations who appreciate thoughtful comfort and discreet luxury.

     The huge main salon, sophisticated and technically advanced, inspired by an expensive English gentlemen's club, is visually divided into 2 zones. The first, with a white furniture group, illuminated by daylight from huge ellipsoid windows, is for relaxation and socializing. The second, more intimate, due to smaller ellipsoidal windows but with a huge table - for formal dinners.

On the bridge deck, there is an impeccably spectacular sky lounge, again in the style of a 21st century aristocratic club. Designed for socializing and relaxation, surrounded on three sides by huge panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, with white sofas, a movie theater and a table for meals, it has not forgotten men's pastimes: a special chess table and a luxurious bar counter in deep blue gloss.

The interior layout of DEJA TOO, which accommodates 12 guests in 6 cabins, is surprisingly clear on the personality of her billionaire ex-owner, where comfort and luxury go hand in hand with flexibility and versatility. 

     The very spacious and extremely modern master stateroom on the main deck with huge portholes, large sitting area, study, dressing room and marble bathroom even has an exercise bike in its arsenal. It is adjacent to a single cabin with a single bed, private bath and one pullman bed, equally ideal for children and additional staff.

Descending one level below you enter the guest lounge where there are 4 cabins: 3 double cabins and a new twin cabin with luxurious marble bathrooms. At the same time, the 2 double suites are converted into a full-beam VIP cabin with a common guest area and two bathrooms (for her and him) at the slightest touch of a sliding screen. As you can see the owner wanted to emphasize respect for his privileged guests by this unique feature. 

EXTERIOR

Firstly, the updated exterior designed by maestro Terrence Disdale and accented with deep nautical blue will impress you with three decks' volume of space with plenty of comfortable places for sunbathing and leisurely socializing. 

     Secondly, you will enjoy comfort. Open to the sunlight from the stern, the two upper decks will be partially shaded at your first request to shelter you from the midday rays. A large table for 12 people will offer deck dining with a view, while the Jacuzzi, further extensive sun pads and a forward seating area form a scenic and romantic spot for sundown cocktails. 

    Thirdly, after dark, you will appreciate the DEJA TOO versatility, which in a blink of an eye transforms from a quiet family yacht into an ideal party venue: the converts to a dancefloor with a state-of-the-art surround sound system and dropdown cinema screens.

DEJA TOO has a comprehensive selection of watersports equipment including a 7.2m Castoldi limo jet tender and 6.2m Castoldi watersports tender, two SeaDoos, four SeaBobs, and a jetsurf, along with paddleboards, waterskis, windsurfers, wakeboards, kayaks, tow toys and snorkelling gear. DEJA TOO is an approved RYA training centre for guests’ use of personal watercraft. For the fitness conscious, there is a selection of free weights, exercise bike and yoga mats.

MAINTENANCE & REFIT

Journalists found out that owner spends around $3 million annually to DEJA TOO maintain. We're ready to confirm this information, as the yacht has undergone a comprehensive refit in 2018 at one of the world's best superyacht shipyards - ' Dunya Yachts' which included a complete repaint of the hull and superstructure, as well as a mechanical overhaul of the engine room, together with a significant number of interior modifications. And the owner continues to be serviced by this shipyard.
