XANADU

SOUTHEAST ASIA'S TOP RESEARCHER

The 34-meter motor yacht XANADU is a very rare specimen in the entire world charter market.

Firstly, she is built by 'Moonen' a Dutch boutique shipyard which is dedicated to delivering exclusive and exceptional superyachts, whose motto "Quality vs. Quantity" is embodied in the delivery of only two (!) yachts per year in order to preserve the best traditions of Dutch yacht building and ensure exclusivity of ownership.

Secondly, having undergone a complete, 2-year refit completed in 2021, XANADU is now a thoroughly modern, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing superyacht, providing the perfect platform for vacationing and exploring all the protected corners of Southeast Asia.

Thirdly, it is the best value for money superyacht in the region.

PERFOMANCE

An outstanding feature of XANADU, which gives a head start to any yacht of recent years up to 40m, is the fast, but most importantly, displacement metal hull from a company with a reputation for building top-quality long range yachts with steel hulls and aluminum superstructures. It makes XANADU the ideal yacht for the challenging weather conditions of the region, where stability is the main criterion for comfort. And with the installation of the state-of-the-art 'Naiad Zero Speed' stabilization system, XANADU can perhaps be considered a benchmark in its size range.

Powered by Caterpillar engine, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 14 knots with a range of up to 3,000 nautical miles from her 30,000 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots.

INTERIOR

XANAD interior designed by internationally reknown, award-winning german yacht designer and naval architect ' Frank Newbelt' is sure to impress you with vibrant artwork, rich high-gloss woods, plush furnishings and the presence of a piano, which together create an elegant, welcoming and somewhat classical ambiance with an Asian flavor.

The yacht’s formal dining, which is uniquely located aft of the main salon, offers guests an exceptional dining experience. Here they can relish delicacies prepared by the chef Pan while enjoying a sensational view.

GUEST ACCOMMODATION

XANADU's interior layout comfortably accommodates 8 guests in four comfortable cabins.

Her full-beam, main-deck master suite is fitted with a skylight to dazzle stargazers and includes a private office, king-size bed and lavish en-suite bath. The stately yacht’s additional three spacious staterooms, located on the lower deck, are complete with their own en-suite bathrooms.

In addition, up to 6 experienced crew members can be on board to provide the necessary level of relaxation worthy of a XANADU charterer.

EXTERIOR

XANADU's exterior spaces are the result of the Frank Newbelt and the 'Newcruise Yacht Project + Design' collaboration , where guests can enjoy the leisurely pleasures of a sea cruise. A bar, barbecue, sun loungers, al fresco dining and yoga classes on the flybridge are just part of your experience.

When anchored, some lack of outside deck space is compensated for by expanding the Beach Club with inflatable platforms and an activity pool, while the huge main deck roof over the master suite easily converts into a sunbathing space for all comers.

WATER ACTIVITIES

Continuing the topic of water activities, XANADU has an extensive array of water toys including: fishing equipment, scuba diving equipment and paddleboards. When it comes to Tenders, XANADU has you covered - with two tenders, including a 4.6m/15'1" High Field Tender.

There is also an option to rent an additional seabob and Efoil which will be included in charter's APA .

AMENITIES & ENTERTAINMENT

In addition to all of the above, XANADU has a spacious garage for storing diving equipment and a wonderful sauna aft on the lower deck, after which you can immediately take a dip in the sea from the swim platform. As well as air conditioning, stabilizers, WiFi, crane for lifting and stowing tenders & water toys + stunning beach club.

CREW

Let's talk about service. The XANADU crew includes 6 industry professionals. The captain, Mark Wilkinson, originally from Australia, has 15 years of superyacht experience and knows the local area perfectly. Chef Pan, will amaze you with the mastery of his dishes and 2 stewardesses from Malaysia and Thailand will take care of your comfort on board.
